Text of report by Gazprom-owned, editorially independent Russian news agency Ekho Moskvy Moscow, 9 October: Access to the Ufa Gubernskaya website (www.ufagub.com) and its twin site Ufa Gubernasy (www.ufagub.org) has been restricted, the head of the Glasnost Defence Foundation, Aleksey Simonov, has told Ekho Moskvy radio station.
