I wanted the coupons for Smart Ones meals and Quaker rice cakes, but I ended up with a stack of coupons for other products as well. I won't use them, so I want to give them...

As I ran on the treadmill last night, I set a goal of being able to run three miles in less than 30 minutes - I can run two and a half in that time, so I know it's doable. And then I started thinking about running a 5K race, since that's 3.1 miles. I know I can run three miles, it's just a question of how long it will take me. There's a race in November that I could enter . . . so I am thinking about...

Raw food? Weight Watchers? South Beach? If diet indecision has you still eating doughnuts for breakfast, non-whole-wheat pizza for lunch and vowing to pick a program "next week," then you need to know this: It doesn't matter which diet you choose, as long as you enjoy it.
