Amsterdam - The global climate is changing fastest in Europe, particularly in the Netherlands, a news report on Dutch RTL News said on Thursday. RTL News said it got its information from a climate study by the Royal Dutch Meteorological Institute KNMI, performed every five years. Pernod Ricard revenue slips, but group ups earnings view
