Well, I'm off to Williams Lake for my friends wedding. I'm excited to go to a small BC town as I really haven't travelled the province much, let alone gone to a town with a population of under 12,000 . Though I was raised in a small town, once I moved away for university , I swore I'd never go back... ever! Many of my friends made the same promise, but half of them have already moved...

Nine Metro Vancouver men are facing drug possession and trafficking charges as the RCMP end a marijuana grow-op investigation in the Williams Lake area.RCMP Constable Craig Douglass said the investigation has led to the seizure of eight properties since it began in 2006. And, he said, a total of 45,126 marijuana plants have been seized in the probe.
