I was always under the impression that what went into the local paper went onto their web site (and vice versa): after all, news is news, especially in the famous August "Silly Season". I forwarded the relevant link to the Woking News and Mail who mailed me back say that "..it's actually a front page nib on the Woking News and Mail..". No mention...
