The miscues have been varied, as have the reasons for them. There have been a few breakdowns, a few missed tackles, a little this and a little that. It's not all Clinton Hart's mistakes, not all Ted Cottrell's calls. Heck, there have been times the Chargers defense seemed to practically invite the opposing tight end to make an easy catch and a big gain.
