What it does If you haven’t heard of it before, Musicovery is a refreshingly original streaming music site jam-packed with innovative options unseen on other sites. Landing on the homepage, you are presented with a funky-looking widget that contains a four-sided chart which allows you to select how dark, energetic, positive or calm you’d like your music to be. You can select any one of the options...

[fingeredbygeardiary] The Musicovery streaming radio service is not new. They’ve been around a couple years, however I just received an email to check them out and for someone like me whose musical catalog revolves around basic musical tastes like U2, Hall & Oates and Lynyrd Skynyrd - it seems like a cool way to [...]

I had a lot of fun with Musicovery today. It was so easy to subscribe and play, creating your own individual music universe. Lo-fi quality in the free version, but who cares! I think I'll be using it more than Pandora and LastFM , while I'm on a quest for minimal faff and elegant choices.

While reading the all new SUNDAY TIMES yesterday, i spotted a new column recommending great sites!! Indeed, musicovery is one of the most awesome sites ever. It's something like an online radio, but allows you to choose songs according to your moods. It's a lot better than the yahoo widget Girlsense radio. I bookmarked it almost immediately :):) Exams are coming and i am half (more)

Picture the scene, you've stumbled back in from a big night out. You've got your boozing buddies in tow. Whoever you live with is going to kill you but sod them, you're drunk, who cares? More to the point you've got to get the music on but you can barely see, let alone follow the trail of empty CD boxes to find a disc that's actually there. What you can do, however, is go to Musicovery.com and click...

Kevin Anderson, over at Strange Attractor, has pointed towards a brilliant collection of visualization tools listed on readwriteweb.com. Everything from tools for YouTube, Digg and Last.fm to Musicovery (which I have mentioned in dispatches before - great fun to play around with), a variety of Amazon and Flickr tools and a long list of [...]

I have heard of Last.fm, Pandora, and a few other similar sites, but I really think Musicovery is a cool online music tool. Once information is online it is hard to make it disappear. Recently a US judge closed down Wiki Leaks . But that did not work out too well . Scribd's iPaper aims to make it the YouTube of documents. Syndicating content is really easy now, but for most webmasters, in the short...
