Nova Media Mobile Data Solution GmbH started their business in 1996 in Berlin, concentrating on development of hardware and software for PC, PDA and Apple Macintosh as well as distribution services. Soon Mobile High Speed, a mobile Internet connection wizard for Mac OS and Palm OS, became a flagship product for nova media.
