Loktionov upstages River Rats in opener

The Albany River Rats allowed the multi-talented Andrei Loktionov, a 19-year-old from Moscow, to operate freely in the offensive zone for three goals and an assist as the Monarchs defeated Albany, 6-3, to start the 2009-10 season before 6,507 at the Times Union Center.
