The truth is that there is always a little too much hype about this fixture. You know the sort of thing: that these are the only two rugby-playing countries in which rugby can truly be considered a religion, that there is some great rivalry involved, that the Andy Haden dive out of the line-out and the resultant penalty cost Wales victory in 1978.
