And he lives in Westwood? That's serious big bucks, friends. A 75-year-old fixer-upper with 1300 square feet in Westwood runs well over a million dollars, even in today's real estate market (aka the crapper). Breitbart must be mumbling "Oh, the humanity!" every time he curses his neighborhood for not being Bel Air, where the same fixer-upper would be two million.
