An Abuja Federal High Court has fixed November 12 for former governor of Adamawa State, Boni Haruna and three others to take their plea on amended charges in a suit filed against them by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on Monday filed 28 amended charges against the former governor of Adamawa State , Boni Haruna and three others on a N161million fraud allegation.The other three accused persons include Mohammed Inuwa Bassi, Minority Leader in the Adamawa State House of Assembly; John Babani Elias, who is now at large and Al-Akim Investment Nigeria Limited....
