... kick or penalty. We need refs who really know what is going on, not this pathetic guessing game. Brian moore seems to always put his tuppence worth in at scrum time and at least he has been there - maybe ex players have a role in educating refs in the so called 'dark arts'. I'd hate to see the scrum go, but i'm getting bored of constant resets and whistles.
