It really doesn’t matter who made the ultimate decision to reinstate Vince Young as the Tennessee Titans’ starting quarterback. Owner Bud Adams has claimed credit, saying he ordered coach Jeff Fisher to replace Kerry Collins after a 59-0 loss to New England dropped the Titans to 0-6 entering their week off.
