Call it the $4 billion boycott. By boycotting a key House committee vote last week and threatening to abandon support for banking regulations, members of the CongressionalBlackCaucus got $4 billion added to legislation to overhaul government oversight of Wall Street.
The CongressionalBlackCaucus should applaud the fact that the White House is treating them no different than their peers. After all, isn't that the type of equality they have worked so hard for our country to achieve?
