Enugu state governor, Mr. Sullivan Chime yesterday presented the 2010 appropriation bill with a total outlay of N67.8 billion to the State House of Assembly representing 12% increase over last year's appropriation, with an appeal to the lawmakers to give the estimate the usual accelerated hearing and consideration. The total budget outlay for 2009 was N60.4 billion.
