Before Jack Hanna was mixing up the wildlife with David Letterman and Jim Fowler was shaking up Johnny Carson with his furry friends, Marlin Perkins started it all back in 1963 on a show called Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom (resurrected in 2002).
