I've never been an understudy. I play a stage manager in the play, and in my experience I've found them to be the most organized, levelheaded people. My character sort of takes cues from Cesar Millan - she's like the Actor Whisperer.

Julie White is fabricating bountiful laughs from a display of strained nerves in Theresa Rebeck’s scattershot comedy.

Mark-Paul Gosselaar is a self-professed theater novice and not afraid to admit it. He's making his New York stage debut off-Broadway in "The Understudy" alongside theater veterans Julie White, a best-actress Tony award winner for "The Little Dog Laughed," and...

Josh Duhamel and Tyrese Gibson reprise their roles as soldiers from the first movie but don’t have much to do this time around. My biggest complaint about the film is that numerous battle scenes go on interminably long. This...

... What I do feel qualified to talk about is how much I loved its three stars, Justin Kirk, Julie White, and Mark-Paul Gosselaar. Yes, I am happy to say that Zack Morris himself was able to keep up with his two vastly more experienced co-stars and actually managed to wring some laughs out all on his own.My affinity for Justin Kirk has been known for a while. I fell in love immediately...
