Here’s audio of my call in to Hardline with Dave Debo yesterday during County Executive Chris Collins’ interview. Based on Collins’ answer, it seems to me that Dino Fudoli was as qualified, if not more so, than Kathy Konst to become head of the Department of Environment and Planning.

That headline, Hardwick Trounces Iannello just makes my heart skip a beat. Iannello was finally exposed for what she is and the voters saw right through it and Hardwick handily defeated her. Late last week, a State Supreme Court Judge ruled that Diane Terranova’s name be substituted for Collins appointee Kathy Konst’s in the LD-5 race. Lawyers for the Independence Party, the Conservative Party, and Republican candidate Dino Fudoli all argued vehemently in opposition to the substitution. There was a lawsuit to put Diane Terranova on the ballot for county leg. to replace Kathy Konst who resigned. I know nothing about the legalities here but Terranova should be on the ballot. I urge all those involved in the appeal of the decision to put DT on the ballot to withdraw the appeal.
