Is it any wonder why Kay Bailey Hutchinson is recruiting Democrats to come out and vote for her in the March 2nd primary against Governor Rick Perry? Because she's all but conceded that she can't beat Perry without drumming up support from like-minded tax-and-spend Democrats.
