The Pilot in its endorsement of Jeff McWaters today at least admits that Saturday's coronation of a Repulsican to replace Sen. Ken Stolle will be done so via acclamation by the hardcore, not the moderate middle that predominate the district. All signs indicate that it will ultimately be the Repulsican sheep that McWaters will represent and serve in Richmond. What do I have to think otherwise?...

One of my recent daily mailers from Jeff McWaters touts his endorsement by the man he hopes to replace, Senator Ken Stolle. How ironic! Here is McWaters , who in another of his daily mailers, talks about "decreasing the size and scope of government and cutting costs". Yet he touts the endorsement of a man who will suck off the teat of taxpayers a pension based on his $200,000 a year...
