... can be seen in the winery photos. And the average latitude in France has gone South I imagine to Languedoc-Roussillon. Certainly a good deal warmer than the Old World regions of Central France, Northern Italy and Germany. And sunshine leads to fatter grapes with more sugar and alcohol. So it is hardly surprising that alcohol levels have risen. But if you do want a low alcohol wine I agree...
