Matt McCoy has been waived and wide receiver Mario Urrutia has been added to active roster. Odds are this is a one week move with Urrutia maybe seeing some time if Bryant can't go. I'd imagine that McCoy is re-signed sometime this year, but it's just a hunch.

The Buccaneers announced Saturday that they have promoted WR Mario Urrutia from the practice squad to the active roster. In addition, the team released LB Matt McCoy . McCoy played in each of Tampa Bay's first two games in 2009.
