Mick Boogie and Terry Urban put together a dope mixtape in honor of the 20 years that De La Soul have been out and making music . The 20 tracks each remix a certain track from a year of De La Soul music. An excellent concept. Featuring artists like Colin Monroe, Skillz, UNI, Phife Dawg, Camp Lo, Christian Rich and more. J.Period might be my go-to-guy for tributes of this nature, but Mick Boogie & Terry Urban deserve plenty of credit for this mixtape. Le Da Soul loosely celebrates the 20th anniversary of my favorite group's debut. Technically, De La Soul's classic 3 Feet High And Rising dropped in March 1989. But hey, there's no need for nitpicking on a project as finely executed as Le Da Soul ....
