SOMEONE once said that all it takes to be a Minister of Government is a level head. Well, day in day out, I am appalled by statements coming from these PNM Ministers. From Gary Hunt, to Neil Parsanlal, and the latest is from Colm Imbert. He wants to recover monies from the owner of a truck that ran into the Bailey bridge at Macoya.
