It is not surprising that people I know who are well-read are also cleverer and more creative in the way they speak and do things. I cannot entirely vouch for the way Gulu District Chairman Norbert Mao does things (not after losing that infamous disc at the Sheraton), but I can vouch for the way he speaks. He speaks so well, employing humorous anecdote after humorous anecdote to good effect...
