A win in Richmond

The Richmond, Ca. City Council voted Tuesday to repeal its stupid ordinance banning the possession of magazines that hold more than ten rounds while in Richmond. The threat of a lawsuit from the NRA and CRPA Foundation apparently prompted the city council to actually follow California state law, which preempts all local laws. Ten round plus magazines are not banned in California....
