SALT LAKE CITY – The owner of Real Salt Lake is selling a stake in the soccer team to a Utah real-estate developer. Team owner Dave Checketts is praising his new partner, Dell Loy Hansen, for making a "bold" commitment. Terms of the deal weren't disclosed Wednesday.
