GO Transit detoured some early trains operating along the 61 Richmond Hill line this afternoon due to a gas leak near Old Cummer Station. GO diverted the trains along a different right of way to serve passengers traveling north of Langstaff Station, but skipped their regular stops at Oriole and Old Cummer. Trains arrived in Langstaff about 30 minutes behind schedule. Regular service has resumed....

I attended the Woodhaven Residents Block Association (WRBA) October meeting held at the Woodhaven-Richmond Hill Volunteer Ambulance Corps on October 21st... I had been debating whether to go to the 102nd Precinct Community Council meeting or the WRBA meeting since I knew NYPD Police Commissioner Ray Kelly was going to be at the 102nd Pct meeting, but I opted to go WRBA meeting...less hassles...
