Hank, RPA is BTI's fiscal sponsor (a common and legitimate arrangement for small non-profits), not a funder. BTI's founding and still major funder is Nathan Cummings. Per Anna Haynes they have a second, much smaller grant from Rachel Pritzker just now, I would guess for their next gen project, but basically NC owns them completely.
