The California Chamber of Commerce has received the presidential Excellence for Export Service Award, billed as the nation's highest award honoring U.S. exporters. U.S. Commerce Secretary Gary Locke presented the award to Susanne Stirling, vice president of international affairs for the Sacramento-based chamber, at a Washington, D.C., event last week. – Mark Glover
