A cousin of Cpl. Cesar Armando Laurean, the Marine suspected in the killing of Lance Cpl. Maria Lauterbach of Vandalia, said he saw the wanted man near Guadalajara a week ago, CNN reported Tuesday.

Onslow County sheriff's investigators have released a photo that they think shows Marine Cpl. Cesar Armando Laurean using the ATM card of a comrade whose body was later found buried in his backyard.
