They are charged with kidnapping, assault and witness tampering. One of the defendants is alleged to have slammed the sixteen- year-old Victoria Lindsay's head into a wall, knocking her unconscious. Seven of the teenagers will be tried as adults. The youngest is 14.

For several Czech media outlets, the shocking story from Florida is the #1 news right now. Some of them, such as iDNES , use Bill O'Reilly's show as the ultimate source of information which I find sensible. ;-) If you haven't heard about it, six girls didn't like what their friend , another cheerleader, wrote on MySpace.
