Carmel -- Carmel-based tech school ITT Educational Services on Thursday said quarterly net income rose 50 percent as enrollment shot up 27 percent. Net income for the third quarter was $75.4 million, and $2 per share, compared with $50.2 million, or $1.28 per share, in the same period a year ago.
