State Rep Alvin Holmes and his Democratic affiliates on the legislative contract review committee wish to purvey to all Alabamians that in this economic downturn it is much more important to file a frivolous lawsuit against Gov. Help. I am unemployed and collecting unemployment compensation. I was able to work one day for a part time job and reported my $40 earnings (even though I had not yet been paid) as the law requires. Now they are not sending me my funds because they say they have to investigate it.
