Like their neighbors in Mississippi, Alabama residents who live on the Gulf Coast are heading north. USA TODAY's Emily Bazar reports that Alabama Gov. Bob Riley today ordered the mandatory evacuation of Mobile and Baldwin county residents who live in low-lying and flood-prone areas.
