Governor Napolitano has vetoed a bill that would have allowed Arizonans without permits to carry loaded guns under the seats of their cars. Governor Napolitano has signed the bill passed by the Legislature last week that creates a new license fee for off highway vehicles. The bill was the third attempt in three years to pass such a bill.
