It will be rush hour, but due to four DUI collisions in the last year at Oxnard and Lankershim, the LAPD will be holding a DUI checkpoint from 5:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. nearby at Lankershim and Victory Boulevards tomorrow evening. Additionally, the North Hollywood area has had a 56% increase in DUI collisions this year. Now, that's not a good statistic, no matter how you put it.
