Missouri lawyers issued their report card Thursday on 13 area judges, and everybody passed. The report from the Missouri Bar and the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association recommended that voters retain all judges on the November ballot in Jackson, Clay and Platte counties. Such judges must face periodic retention elections under Missouri's nonpartisan court plan.
