3 teens accused of shooting out dozens of NE Harris car windows

Three teenagers have been accused of a 24-hour crime spree in northeast Harris County earlier this month after they allegedly shot out about 100 car windows with pellet guns, causing more than $24,000 in damage. Joseph Wreyford, 18, and Justin Herrin, both 18, and Dillon Andrews, 17, are charged with felony criminal mischief, according to the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable's Office.
