Almost eight hours after filing claims against the City of San Francisco for the infamous tiger mauling, Paul Dhaliwal was arrested for allegedly stealing two Nintendo Wii remote controls from a Target store. Police suspect Dhaliwal is involved in similar crimes at other Target locations, if so charges would upgrade to felonies.
