Reports say police were investigating a triple shooting. But the video, shot by WTXF, Fox 29 in Philadelphia, shows an incredible amount of force being used by a dozen cops on the suspects. Please take a few moments to watch the video. Keep in mind just a few days earlier, the Philadelphia Police Department lost one of its own in a horrific shooting.
