This is WAY too complicated - I can never get it right. The Belgians and the Dutch have their own rules as do the Italians - maybe the EUrocrats in Brussels and Strasbourg can pass a law or sump'n. For you non-Francophones - this and this might help. Outlaw Mike ; help a brother out!
