This drunk guy getting arrested has an unfortunately timed case of itchy nuts. I wouldn't know what that feels like, being mercifully unencumbered myself. The police officer arresting him should just stop trying not to laugh. Dude, just handcuff the guy to a pole, step away for like one minute, and laugh your ass off. You can't fight the giggles.
