A successful workshop designed to help people deal with excessive eating behaviours, balancing body weight and reducing sugar consumption is returning to the Kootenays. Created and taught by Christine Sutherland, RMT and Lee Reid, M. Ed., RCC, the course will be offered at Selkirk College Rosemont Campus in Nelson on Dec. 5 and 6, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and costs $200.
