Authorities say 43 people are facing drug charges after Phish's weekend concert in Portland. The Maine Drug Enforcement Agency charged nine Phish fans from Connecticut, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania with selling drugs, including LSD, ecstasy and heroin, in or around the Cumberland County Civic Center on Sunday.

Basil Nutter, the 75-year-old father of Mayor Nutter, died Wednesday at the South Jersey assisted-living facility where he resided.
