Nail Mosaic. A few years ago Tirana (Albania)-based artist Saimir Strati made a very large mosaic out of nails, a portrait of Leonardo Da Vinci. According to the Guinness Book of World Records its world's largest nail mosaic with about 500,000 industrial nails .
